My "visit" back in the US is almost over now. I've been home over 3 months now, and I'm leaving next Monday to go back to Korea. I was supposed to go back at the beginning of January, but somehow that turned into the end of February.
What have I done since I've been home? Not a whole lot. I've had lots of time to spend with my family. Got to be home for Thanksgiving, Christmas, my daddy's birthday, and we'll celebrate my brother's birthday this coming weekend. My mamaw recently moved back in with us (she was with my aunt and uncle). She has dementia, so it's good that I've gotten to spend some time with her while she still knows who I am. Some days she thinks she's my aunt or my cousin. Her memory seems to be going really fast, which is kinda hard.
I did get to go with my friend Robin to Ireland in December for a few days. That was really cool. It was my first time in Europe:) I meant to post a blog about it, but never did...
I've also been practicing my Korean a lot with the Rosetta Stone my aunt and uncle gave me...still not fluent though;)
I've scrapbooked a lot of my Korea pictures too. That has turned into quite an expensive project with printing pictures, buying albums, and pages, etc.
It's snowed a couple of times since I've been home, but I'm sad that I missed Korea's big snow!
I have enjoyed being home, but I miss my Korea chingus and I'm ready to go back! Sooooo I leave here next monday morning, and I arrive in Korea tuesday evening. I actually only have one layover this time. Its not a very long layover though, so I hope I don't miss my flight!
My friend Rachel is coming to Korea too. She leaves the day after me. My other friend Robin, might be getting to Korea the day before me, but I dunno. Last I heard, she might still have some things to work out.
Anyway, like I said, I get there Tuesday, then I'm going to Beijing that weekend with Kristina and Abby because that next monday is a holiday:) I actually just got my visa in the mail today for China. I'm soooooooo excited! Yay! Hopefully I won't be too exhausted not having that weekend to rest.
Ok, well time to start packing:( Anybody wanna come help??

You visited me while you were home, too!
Have fun in Korea, Jenn, and I look forward to reading your blog again.
